The form below takes your order number and billing email and returns the current status. Both are in the confirmation mail from us.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What the words mean

  • On the bench: Confirmed and waiting to be picked. Amendments are easy at this stage.
  • Boxed: Boxed and labelled, awaiting the courier van. Please tell us at once if something is wrong.
  • Travelling: On the road. We cannot pull it back now, though you may refuse it at the door.
  • Closed: The courier has signed it off as delivered. Tell us immediately if it never arrived.

When the lookup fails

An email that differs from the one on the order will always return nothing, even by one character.

Mail shop@foodstoragebox.shop and we will find it. Give the order a few minutes if you have only just placed it.

Stalled parcels

Gaps between scans are normal, especially on long routes. A silence of several days is worth reporting, and we will chase the courier.

Festival weeks, heavy rain and local shutdowns all slow the network, and they slow it for everyone. We will tell you honestly what the courier says rather than invent a delivery date.
