Our hours: Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Within them you will usually hear back the same day; otherwise the next working day.
Should our answer not arrive, the junk folder is the usual explanation. Do check before resending.
Grievance redressal
Indian e-commerce rules oblige us to publish a grievance contact. Write to shop@foodstoragebox.shop with Grievance in the subject and it will be handled as a formal complaint.
