The order process
Checking out places an offer with us. We accept it by confirming and shipping the order. Before that point we can decline, which we do only for stock or serviceability reasons.
Price and availability
We sell in Indian Rupees only. Tax is inside the price; delivery is ₹199, or free from ₹5,999.
Prices can change without notice, but never after you have placed an order. Where a listing carries an obvious error we will contact you rather than quietly charge the higher figure.
On availability
We hold real stock in modest quantities, so the count on a product page is normally accurate. Occasionally two people buy the last piece within the same minute, and in that case we cancel one order and refund it in full the same day.
Use of this site
- Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the site or its hosting.
- Product photography and text on this site are not free to reuse.
- Orders must be placed in your own name with details you are entitled to use.
- Automated collection of listings or prices is prohibited.

Our responsibility
Faulty, incorrect or incomplete deliveries are our problem to solve, at our expense.
Our liability stops at the value of the order. We are not answerable for knock-on losses or for delays from strikes, floods or closures.
Applicable law
This agreement is subject to India law, with India as the place of jurisdiction.
We would much rather talk first. Most problems are resolved by a single exchange of emails.
